1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• A deposit (or full payment, where applicable) is required to confirm your booking.
• Final payments must be made by the due date provided in your invoice.
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

2. Flights

• We act as an agent for airline providers. All flight bookings are governed by the airline's terms.
• Once tickets are issued, names cannot be changed. Please ensure your passport name matches exactly.
• Airline schedules may change; we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by the airline.

3. Tour Packages

• Tour inclusions will be clearly outlined in your itinerary.
• Any changes made after confirmation may incur fees or affect pricing.
• Minimum group numbers may apply. In the rare event a tour is cancelled due to low participation, a full refund or alternative will be offered.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation fees apply and vary depending on the service and how close to departure you cancel.
• Refunds are subject to supplier terms and may exclude non-refundable components.
• No-shows or unused services are non-refundable.

5. Changes by Everest Travels

• While we strive to deliver all services as booked, we may need to make changes due to events beyond our control.
• If a major change occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives of equal value.

6. Travel Documents & Insurance

• You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and baggage loss.
• For trekking trips, your insurance must cover helicopter evacuation and high-altitude rescue.

7. Liability

• Everest Travels & Tours is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay resulting from acts of God, government, or third-party service providers.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
• We act as a booking agent for airlines, tour operators, and other suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.

8. Health & Safety

• You are responsible for understanding health requirements for your destination.
• Inform us of any medical conditions or special needs before booking.
• For high-altitude trekking, you must be in good physical condition and follow your guide's advice at all times.

• We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for booking purposes and will not be shared without consent.

11. Trekking & Adventure Travel

• Additional terms apply to trekking and adventure tours, including fitness and health requirements.
• You must acknowledge the risks associated with high-altitude trekking and follow your guide's instructions at all times.
• Travel insurance covering helicopter evacuation and high-altitude rescue is mandatory for all trekking bookings.
• You are responsible for obtaining all required permits (TIMS card, national park permits, restricted area permits) — we can assist with this process.
• Guide and porter arrangements are made by Everest Travels & Tours through our local partners. Tips and gratuities are at your discretion.
• Weather and route conditions may require itinerary changes. We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety reasons.

Use of the Website

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

• (ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation,

If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, we may cancel any bookings associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated accounts. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact our Customer Service.
