1. Booking & Payment

A deposit (or full payment, where applicable) is required to confirm your booking.

2. Flights

We act as an agent for airline providers. All flight bookings are governed by the airline’s terms, including luggage, check-in, and changes.

Once tickets are issued, names cannot be changed. Please ensure your passport name matches exactly.

Airline schedules may change; we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by the airline.
3. Tour Packages

Tour inclusions (e.g. accommodation, transport, meals) will be clearly outlined in your itinerary.

Any changes made after confirmation may incur fees or affect pricing.

Minimum group numbers may apply. In the rare event a tour is cancelled due to low participation, a full refund or alternative will be offered.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation fees apply and vary depending on the service and how close to departure you cancel.

Refunds are subject to supplier terms and may exclude non-refundable components (e.g. visa fees, flight charges).

No-shows or unused services are non-refundable.
5. Changes by Everest Travels

While we strive to deliver all services as booked, we may need to make changes due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, government action).

If a major change occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives of equal value.
6. Travel Documents & Insurance

You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and baggage loss.
7. Liability

Everest Travels is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay resulting from acts of God, government, or third-party service providers.

We are not responsible for the actions or negligence of airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
8. Health & Safety

You are responsible for understanding health requirements for your destination (vaccinations, COVID policies, etc.).
